Passepartout II (IIa, IIb)
19. July 2008
Due to problems with the leashes we had on 19th of July 2008 two launch failures of Passepartout II (IIa, IIb). However the payload could be saved.
More importance was attached to recover the capsule after landing by having more reliability in the transmission of GPS coordinates by two independent transmitting systems. An improved arrangement of the Track And Trace system will prevent interferences with other components.
PolAres Schedule Update
After Rio Tinto in April 2011 this will be the first field test after upgrading the Aouda.X space suit simulator. Proposed location: Dachstein cave systems (upper Austria)
