Programme Lead
Management Board
The Management Board is the highest decision making body within the organisation. It is comprised of three individuals from the Austrian Space Forums Board of Directors: Norbert Frischauf, Alexander Soucek and Gernot Groemer.

Executive Office
The Executive Office implements PolAres and is considered as a “turntable” and main interface between the various parts of the programme. It is the first level support for scientific, engineering, administrative or logistics questions. It is the focal point for all external organisations involved for day-to-day operations, manages the programme on a day-to-day-basis. It is comprised of the following divisions:
- Executive Coordination Team
- Human Ressources (Michaela Laucher)
- Administrative Services (Mag. Mara Stjepanovic)
- Public Affairs Services (Mag. Daniela Scheer)
- Technical services

PolAres Schedule Update
After Rio Tinto in April 2011 this will be the first field test after upgrading the Aouda.X space suit simulator. Proposed location: Dachstein cave systems (upper Austria)
